Training for Family Justice Centers: Policy for Responding to Workplace Incidents of DVSASSH
In 2020, the Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) introduced an award condition on policy for responding to workplace incidents of dating/domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment (DVSASSH) for recipients and subrecipients of OVW awards. Family Justice Centers are unique partnerships that require unique considerations for developing and implementing such policies. This course must be completed by Family Justice Center staff who are OVW grantees as part of their new grantee orientation.
