Risk and Protective Factor Assessment

A critical component of preventing and responding to domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment (DVSASH) in the world of work is addressing the organizational, occupational, and cultural factors that can increase employees’ risk of experiencing DVSASSH while at work. This tool is intended to help workplace leaders assess and address the risk factors that exist within their workplace to prevent employees from experiencing the impacts of DVSASSH in workplaces.
