Supporting the Employment Rights of Survivors with Disabilities
This webinar will focus on the intersection of disability and domestic violence, the role the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) can play in helping a survivor with disabilities keep their job, and how to request reasonable accommodations under both survivor-specific state laws and the ADA. This webinar is open to everyone but is intended for grantees of the Office of Violence Against Women (OVW). American Sign Language (ASL) and Spanish interpretation will be available for this event.
