Interactive Trauma-Informed Toolkit

This toolkit is a resource for anyone who aims to support the creation of safer workplaces for all and has specific resources for workplace leadership, supervisors and managers, and co-workers.

Through realizing the traumatic effects of gender-based violence and harassment, recognizing the elements of trauma within the workplace, responding in a survivor-centered way, and resisting policies and practices that lead to re-traumatization workplaces can ensure safe, productive, and resilient workplaces for all workers.

As a learner, you are free to jump around or to go in order of the four Rs. If you have any questions, feedback, or you’re ready to get started in your workplace, please submit a request to here.
